2020 College Football: TV Schedule Predictions for Week 6
After the first few weeks of every college football season, scheduling executives at television networks that air games decide when most matchups in the future will kick off on week-by-week basis. As a nerd of the sport and TV, I always enjoy trying to guess when big games will be played and on which network. That typically happens on Mondays (12 days before those games are slated to be played). So, today’s announcements will cover the college football slate for next weekend (Week 6). My guesses are listed below. (Click here for another opinion). I’ve been watching college football for about 25 years and started studying scheduling over the past decade, so I have a pretty good knowledge base.
Note: All times Eastern. Game times already announced are highlighted in bold. I’ll update this post later in the day or tomorrow when conferences and networks have finalized their decisions.
